Flower Breath 🌸
Pause. Inhale slowly through your nose, imagining you’re smelling a beautiful flower… then gently exhale through your mouth.
This simple breath:
✨ Calms the nervous system
✨ Reduces stress and overwhelm
✨ Helps bring you back to the present moment
✨ Is easy for both kids and adults
Try it anytime you need a reset—just one mindful breath can shift everything.

I had the pleasure of presenting at the PA Head Start Association today on Mindful Practices for Family Connection.
