With another trip to New York planned for tonight my momma brain is going crazy. We still haven’t unpacked from our Christmas trip πŸ€ͺ

I needed this 30 minute Pilates workout to ease my mind and give me something else to focus on for a few minutes. Now... here’s to hoping I can get everything done without losing my mind πŸ˜‰πŸ˜

My mindset that said to keep pushing caught up with me last night.

I was in bed by 7:45 last night. I’m not sure if it was stress, pure exhaustion, or just what my body needed πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I woke up and started to work on all the things I thought I SHOULD have done last night and felt the stress building again. I stopped and sweat it out.

Now I can attack this day with a clear head and a full nights sleep. And... I have an ultrasound and get to see baby girl today!! πŸ€—

Pregnancy joys...

Crazy new hair growth.
Skipping the Superman series bc - belly!
Feeling accomplished anyway.
All day heartburn.
All night kicking.

All worth it. πŸ’•

After my injury there was one area that I really felt had lost a lot of the muscle tone I had built up over the past 2 years.

My legs....

I used to dread leg days but right now I am looking forward to them because I know my body is going to need strong legs to carry this extra weight around until babe comes. πŸ’•

A busy weekend definitely makes Monday mornings hard BUT I know Monday nights are even worse so I got up and got it done (my pre didn’t kick in until 10 minutes to go πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚)
