📈 RESULTS DON’T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT.
From May through July, Kutztown University volleyball athlete Madi Bogovic committed to the process and put in the work every week to prepare for the upcoming season.
The focus wasn’t just working hard—it was working with intention.
⚡️ Develop explosive power.
💥 Increase force production.
🏃♀️ Move more efficiently.
The results speak for themselves:
⬆️ Vertical Jump
16.1” ➡️ 20.0” (+3.9”)
⬆️ Broad Jump
5’5” ➡️ 6’2” (+9”)
This is why we test.
Testing gives us a baseline, guides our programming, and allows us to measure whether the training is actually improving performance.
At APD, we don’t guess—we assess, develop, and retest.
Outstanding work this summer, Madi! We’re excited to watch all of your hard work translate onto the court this season. 🏐🔷

⚽️ Recovery is part of the development process.
Olivia, an incoming freshman soccer player, came in today after rolling her ankle at camp earlier this week. She was dealing with swelling, bruising, limited mobility, and pain with running.
Today’s focus wasn’t to “push through it”—it was to start the recovery process the right way.
🔹 Manual mobility therapy
🔹 Compression-based mobility work
🔹 Elevated band ankle exercises
🔹 Techniques to reduce swelling and improve range of motion
📈 By the end of the session:
✅ Swelling was noticeably reduced
✅ Mobility improved significantly
✅ Running pain-free
Every injury is different, and recovery isn’t about finding a quick fix. It’s about addressing the issue, restoring movement, and building confidence one step at a time so athletes can get back to doing what they love.
The comeback starts with today’s work. 💪

🔷 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS 🔷
Built through hard work, consistency, and a commitment to development — and now National Champions. 🏆🇺🇸
Congratulations to Reagan Fedash and the M&D 2013 Black team on winning the National Championship!
Reagan’s impact didn’t go unnoticed. In addition to helping lead her team to a national title, she was recognized as a 2031 Standout, earning praise for her speed, ability to create offense as both a dodger and feeder, and her relentless effort on both sides of the ball.
At APD, we’ve had the privilege of watching Reagan continue to develop into a stronger, faster, and more complete athlete. Her success is a reflection of the work she puts in every day and the commitment she has to improving her game.
This is what long-term athletic development looks like.
Congratulations again, Reagan, on an incredible accomplishment. We’re proud of you and excited to see what’s next. 🔷💪

Developed through consistency, discipline, and years of intentional work — and now District III Champions.
Congratulations to Max LaUrore and his doubles partner Gabe Yuan on capturing the PIAA District III Doubles Championship. 🎾🏆
Max has continued to put in the work at APD to become a stronger, faster, and more resilient athlete, and it’s great to see that work translate onto the court at the highest level.
Success like this is never accidental. It’s built through preparation, standards, and commitment to development over time.
Congratulations again to Max and Gabe on an incredible accomplishment. Best of luck as the postseason continues — we’re proud of you both. 🔷💪
