Information from the School Picture Company (CK Visuals):

Pre-Pay Form Orders and Online Pre-Pay Orders

Pre-Pay Form Orders: We have processed all the pre-pay form orders received at the school on Picture Day and they’ve been sent to our lab for production. You can expect to have them within the next week or so.

Online Pre-Pay Orders: Families that pre-paid online will receive a link to select the pose they’d like to use for their order- this is an exciting step! Once they select and the selection deadline is reached those orders will be shipped directly to the families shipping address.

Ordering After Picture Day

For Non Pre-Pay Orders: Parents who didn’t place a pre-pay order with the form or online, but have registered with us prior to picture day will receive an email or text message with a direct link to their child’s gallery to view and place their order.

Direct Shipping: All orders placed online will be shipped directly to the families.

Order Deadline: We will continue accepting orders until November 6, 2026.

Need Help?

Landing Page: If families have any questions or are looking to be connected to their child’s gallery to place their order, they can visit the school's landing page at www.ckvisuals.com/NCM and fill out the “Contact Us” form to be connected with someone from our Customer Service team!

Bilingual Customer Service: Our bilingual customer service team is ready to assist with any questions your parents may have. We are here to help make the process as easy as possible.
