We had a neighbor buddy visit today! His owners were gone, he must have gotten bored…so he headed into NSA as soon as a door opened! He was well cared for as we waited for him to be picked up and our students affectionately named him “Hank the tank”. Never a dull day around here!

This year, we are excited to showcase two of our former graduated who received scholarships through North Star Academy's scholarship funds.

Makayla is a 2026 graduate who is attending CVTC in Eau Claire for graphic design. She was awarded a scholarship through the Mary Ellen Fisher Memorial Scholarship as well as a NSA Scholarship funded by the Men's Club of RIce Lake. Congratulations Makayla!

Marissa is an alumni from "a few years back"🤣! She was awarded a scholarship through one of NSA's former teachers, the amazing Lory Bush! Marissa is attending NWT in Rice Lake to get an accounting degree! Congratulations!

NSA has two scholarships to award each year - up to several thousand dollars waiting to be awarded. This scholarship is open to all current and former graduates of NSA! The application is very straight forward. See the link below and apply by July 19th. Reach out to Chris with any questions.

Last day of school 25-26! Ended it with a trip down the Red Cedar, a delicious grill out & some ball! Up next: graduation!
