Loving Arms Childcare & Learning Center We are licensed by the State of North Carolina’s Division of Child Development and maintain a “Superior” environmental health and safety rating.

Loving Arms Child Care and Learning Center is a privately owned center providing “quality” care in a safe, happy, and healthy environment for children ages 0-10 years old. Loving Arms started out as a small home day care in 1992 to expand into Spout Springs today. This growth is primarily based on referrals and references from satisfied parents.
