Mark your calendars for Friday, October 2nd! 💫💙 Join us at the Cameron Football Field for an evening of games, concessions, fun, and of course… GLOW! ✨

🏃 Kids Glow Run around 7:00 PM
🏃‍♀️ 5th grade–adult run/walk around 8:00 PM
🎟️ Registration is $20 and includes a T-shirt and raffle entry!

Lisa Beebe- Special Education Aide, Elementary School.

"I previously worked at Shell Lake Elementary as the 4K aide for five years. I graduated from Rice Lake High School and still live in Rice Lake.

,I’m married and I have two kids, Brandin, who is 20 years old, and Kira, who is 16 years old and a junior this year at Rice Lake. I have one dog, his name is Blu, and I have one cat, his name is Loki.

,My family and I like to go to motocross races where we camp and my son and husband race. My husband, Brian, and I are the new owners of Northland Insurance Company in Rice Lake. I am super excited to be in Cameron as a SpEd aide for the elementary school."

Help us welcome a new staff member!
Kally Luell- Special Education Teacher in the Middle School.

"For the past 20+ years, I have had the privilege of working with students with autism, providing behavioral support and treatment in their homes and communities. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Broad Field Social Studies and my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping students reach their full potential, and I am excited to bring that passion into the classroom. My goal is to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

Outside of the classroom, you will find me camping with family and friends, watching sports, attending concerts, reading, and shopping. I am a proud fan of the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Milwaukee Brewers!

I am so excited and grateful for the opportunity to teach in the community where my family has put down roots. I look forward to getting to know my students and their families and making this school year a positive and memorable one!"

Help us welcome a new staff member!
Katie Bernecker - High School Ag Teacher

"I grew up on a dairy farm in Marshfield, Wisconsin, where I was involved in all aspects of farm life. From raising pigs and steers to show at our local county fair to milking cows, feeding animals, and helping with the daily chores, agriculture was a big part of my childhood. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work and responsibility. Today, my family and I live just outside of Chetek, where we enjoy having land to raise our family on and continue to appreciate the rural lifestyle and values that were such an important part of my upbringing.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education with a minor in Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.

I have 10 years of teaching experience, with my most recent teaching position being a five-year role at Flambeau as the Agriculture Education teacher and FFA Advisor. I have also taught at Montello, Pulaski, and Bay Port. For the past eight years, I have worked as the Office Manager at Lake Country Marina in Chetek. Although this position was not directly in education, it provided me with many opportunities to teach, train, and work with people of all ages and backgrounds.

As I grew up on a dairy farm, I was very active in both 4-H and FFA. My parents encouraged me to get involved in these organizations, and those experiences really expanded my horizons and opened my eyes to many opportunities. I was fortunate to have great advisors who made a lasting impact on me and inspired me to become an educator myself. I hope to have that same positive impact on my students by helping them develop lifelong skills, discover their passions, and appreciate the many opportunities available through agriculture and FFA.

I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, relaxing at the lake, snowmobiling, and being outdoors.

I have always heard wonderful things about Cameron from students, staff, and community members. The strong sense of community and the school’s commitment to students made it an easy decision, and I am excited to become part of the Cameron family."

🎉 Games, concessions & activities begin at 5:00 PM
