Camdenton FIRST LASER 3284 Robotics Teams

This summer, we had the incredible opportunity to partner with the Jefferson City, Missouri Special Olympics program to introduce FLL Robotics to Special Olympics athletes. ⚙️

On June 2, June 16, June 30, and July 7, 3284 members spent time socializing, teaching, creating, and learning, alongside 4 wonderful groups of athletes.

The time we spent together was meaningful and rewarding for every team member involved and gave each of us a renewed sense of purpose within FIRST. We built robots, solved problems, and made long-lasting memories. 🤖🫂

We are so grateful to the Jefferson City Special Olympics program for welcoming us with open arms. It has been our honor to be a small part of these athletes’ journeys, and we couldn’t be more excited to continue creating opportunities to learn, grow, and celebrate, together.

This is truly what FIRST is all about. 💜

The 2026 Bayou Regional gave us memories that will last forever! ⚜️

From experiencing Louisiana’s culture, history, and nature, to bonding over family dinners, late nights, and soccer games with Team 5705, the Desert Eagles; this trip was truly about so much more than robotics. 💜

We worked hard on and off the field, finishing 6-2-0 and captaining Alliance 7 alongside Team 16, , and Team 3478, , and honorably receiving the FIRST Gracious Professionalism Award!

Hosting our first-ever Impact Exchange and connecting with so many amazing teams made this event even more special. Endless fun, unforgettable memories, and friendships that will last forever 🐊✨

Spending week 3 at the Central Illinois Regional was one we’ll never forget! 💜🤖

We had an incredible time competing, learning, and making memories, beside so many amazing teams. We’re beyond honored to have received the FIRST Engineering Inspiration Award, a recognition that means so much to our team and everything we strive to do within our world.

On the field, we finished qualification matches 1-2-0 and were proud to compete as part of the 8th alliance as the second pick alongside and . Thank you to our alliance partners for an unforgettable semifinal run!
