Although we’ve met all summer, we officially kicked off our season by watching the Game Release, Sunday evening! We shared a meal together and sat around the fire 🔥 while we watched on an outdoor projector!

FIRST Tech Challenge teams will raise the “curtain” on the power of design, creativity, and precision to create all new experiences this season and we can’t wait to share with you as the season progresses!

Well, hello again! 👋🏼

We are excited to kick off our 2023-24 season! We’ve grown a lot since last year so Scotty, one our veteran members, is sharing some info with the team about how competitions will go 😁

This is a fun way to get out and support local businesses AND our team! 👗🎨🪨

Our team volunteered at the local Backroads Homeschool Coop over the course of 4 weeks with middle school to high school aged kids in a STEM class. Our team taught the kids how to design a trebuchet! The class made mini models in class, then moved outdoors to build 5 ft versions that they ended up launching t-balls around 175ft!!
Very cool to see our team work with the kids while honing leadership, teaching and problem solving skills. And everyone had a lot of fun! It was so successful, 2 new members joined our team to continue being a part of #8461 full time!
