‼️National WHEP Results‼️
Congratulations to the Wildlife Management team on being named the RESERVE NATIONAL CHAMPION team at the 2026 Wildlife Habitat Education Program (WHEP) contest hosted in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

From Arkansas/Harmony Grove FFA thank you to SC FFA Camp and the National WHEP committee, as well as the South Carolina State WHEP committee for hosting a quality contest for the next generation of conservationists.

Two team members made it into the top 10 individually and were recognized:

⭐️Gavin Abbott-5th high individual
⭐️Daniel Womack- 6th high individual

The Junior Advisor!

Baylor made the swap from horse evaluation to wildlife management her sophomore year. Through hours of hard work and perseverance she graduates a state champion and finishes ranked 3rd in school history in the area of wildlife.

At one time Baylor was the youngest certified person in Arkansas that could check coggins paperwork.

Thanks Baylor for your year of service and for your determination to win it all!

Big day at UAM! Ouachita County 4-H members from Harmony Grove FFA represented the county at the 2026 state forestry contest in Monticello today!

The team finished as state champion team! Which means, there will be a couple more state champions walking the hallways tomorrow.

Today was Ms. Lamkin’s last day at Harmony Grove. She has been doing her student internship with us this spring semester.

On Monday she accepted and signed a contract to join the El Dorado FFA program!

The President!

Gavin wraps up a 4 year career in wildlife management where he was the first High individual at 11 different contest! He finishes his career on top with a 2nd high individual and as state champion!

Over his 5 year FFA career he has become one of the most well-decorated members in school history, earning him a state awarded scholarship.

Gavin has chosen to further his career at SAU where he plans to become an ag teacher and continue influencing this organization.

The Secretary!

KB ends ranked in the top 20 in school history, with one forestry contest remaining.

There have been a lot miles, hours in a barn and time in the woods throughout the last several years…all with the dream in mind.

Thank you KB for believing in the future of this program and agreeing to come back and help mentor one more year.

The VP’s career stats! Daniel finishes his career ranked 11th in school history in the forestry CDE and 2nd in the area of wildlife management.

In just three years, Daniel was able to secure FOUR state championships, numerous first high individual awards, all while serving his community!

He helped put a lot of miles on a bus, truck, and transit van! Thank you Daniel for being a key part of HG FFA!
