Good Evening Yorkship Families

If your child in **5th–8th grade** plans to participate in school sports during the upcoming school year, a current physical examination completed by a doctor is required.
To help families, free sports physicals will be available on the dates listed below.
🛑Students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive an exam‼️
