🌙✨ Moonlight Magic was a night to remember at Davis! Our middle school students danced the night away, enjoyed time with friends, and created memories that will last long after the music ended. It was wonderful to see so many smiles, laughter, and school spirit throughout the evening. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event such a success! 💙🕺💃

Today, our 8th graders had the opportunity to hear from former Davis students who returned to share their experiences and offer advice about the transition to high school. As our students prepare to leave the nest in just a few weeks, they received valuable words of wisdom about staying focused, getting involved, working hard, and making the most of every opportunity.

Thank you to our former Davis students for taking the time to come back and inspire the next generation. Your thoughtful advice and encouragement were greatly appreciated!

Hoy, nuestros estudiantes de 8.º grado tuvieron la oportunidad de escuchar a exalumnos de Davis que regresaron para compartir sus experiencias y consejos sobre la transición a la escuela secundaria. 🦴⛏️ The countdown to summer continues in first grade! Today was Fossil Day, and our students became little paleontologists as they explored and discovered their very own fossils. Learning came to life through hands-on fun, curiosity, and imagination! 🦕🔍✨

Our students proudly participated in the City of Camden Clean-Up hosted by Mayor Victor Carstarphen! 🧹🌎

Students worked together to help keep our community clean and beautiful while showing pride in the city they call home. We are so proud of their teamwork, leadership, and commitment to making a positive impact in Camden! 💙

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from Harrington Middle School to Davis Family School!

The 7th grade students shared their creativity and kindness by writing and illustrating their own books, then reading them aloud to our 1st–3rd grade students. Our Davis students absolutely loved the stories and were so grateful to keep the books as special gifts from their new friends. 📚❤️

A special thank you to Book Mates for their partnership in making this experience possible and for the yummy pretzels the students enjoyed! 🥨✨

🎨☀️ Our countdown to summer continues with an exciting Color Wars spirit day for our first graders! Students showed off their school spirit by wearing their team colors and bringing lots of energy, fun, and smiles to the day. We love seeing our students participate and celebrate together as we count down to summer break! 🌈🎉

Our First Grade ABC Countdown has officially begun! 🎉📚 Students have been having so much fun while continuing to learn through creative art activities and hands-on projects. It’s been exciting to watch their imaginations shine while getting their learning done in fun and engaging ways! 🎨✂️🖍️

As temperatures rise this week, please make sure students come to school dressed appropriately for the hot weather. Lightweight clothing, comfortable shoes, and refillable water bottles are encouraged to help students stay cool and comfortable throughout the day. ☀️💧

Please avoid heavy hoodies, sweaters, or winter clothing during the heat wave.
