Our kindergarten Bullpups had a blast celebrating the 50th Day of School with a rockin’ trip back to the 1950s!
From dressing up in their best ’50s outfits to learning the hand jive, our students had a day full of fun, learning, and a little rock ’n’ roll! 🎵
They enjoyed floats and MoonPies, participated in fun counting activities all the way to 50, and made memories with their classmates along the way.
We’re 50 days smarter, 50 days stronger, and having 50 days of FUN!

Our kindergarten Bullpups have been learning about community helpers and the important roles they play in keeping our community safe!
Last week as part of fire prevention week, they got an up-close look at firefighting in action during a special demonstration day with local firefighters and fire trucks. From seeing the equipment firsthand to learning more about how firefighters help others, our students had an exciting, hands-on learning experience!
A huge THANK YOU to local firefighters Truesdale, Belger, Cobb and Huse for taking the time to visit Pine Tree Hill and teach our youngest learners about the important work they do every day! We are grateful for the heroes who serve and protect our community!

Learning in the Great Outdoors!

Our 5th grade Bullpups took their learning beyond the classroom with a nature field trip to Saluda Shoals Park this week!
Students explored the natural world while learning about animals, ecosystems, and the important roles living things play in their environments.
Hands-on experiences like these bring science to life and give our students the opportunity to observe, explore, and make connections to what they are learning in the classroom. What a great day of discovery for our Bullpups!

Our kindergarten Bullpups had a wonderful time heading out on their first field trip of the school year to the pumpkin patch this week! From exploring the farm to enjoying all the fall fun, our youngest learners made special memories with their classmates and teachers.

💛 This Week in Guidance: Kindness Starts With Us! 💛

Our students have been learning how small acts of kindness can make a BIG difference! 🥰 PreK, Kindergarten, and 1st-grade students explored ways to show kindness through their words and actions, then drew and wrote about how they could spread kindness. Our 5th graders read One Word for Kids and chose one word they want to practice in their daily lives to make a positive impact on others.

✨ Remember, one small act of kindness can go a long way! Let’s continue spreading kindness throughout PTH! 💛🐾
