I said it earlier today and I will say it again, WOW!!! Team 5559 did so great!

They had such a great weekend at the Lakeview competition. They played well and the robot had very few issues. When the issues did arise they were right there to fix it.

After checking in and being inspected Thursday evening, competing all day Friday and some of Saturday they finished in 11th place out of 38 teams and were Alliance 6 captain in the playoffs. We lost our second game in semifinals by 2 points.
All in all it was a good weekend and hope to do it again in April in Livonia.

Those 3 guys give so much to the team. They keep the robot working at practices and they travel with us on competition weekends. We appreciate everything they do for team 5559.

Sorry to keep you hanging but we lost the last match because of penalty points. We thought we had won but that wasn’t the case with the official score. Such a bummer but such a great weekend also. On to our next competition in April in Livonia.

Not a win but that’s ok. We stopped the other team from getting a high score.
We still have another match to play.
