Cornerstone Christian School

Cornerstone Christian School Empowering Our Students to Change Tomorrow! We are a private Christian school offering K2 through 12th grade. We use the ABEKA curriculum.

Our students begin the day with pledges, prayer, scripture, and Bible lessons. Students as young as three and four learn to read and write. We use the Iowa test and most of our students score one to two grades ahead. We have small classes so we can offer more individual help. We are a non-profit 501c3 and all donations are tax deductible. We also collect Box Tops, Tyson food labels, and Community Coffee labels to help our school raise money.

Our students spent the week learning new things, enjoying time with friends, getting creative, and making memories along the way! From classroom activities to chapel, outdoor play, and plenty of smiles, it was a week full of fun and growth. ☀️😊

🙏 Our preschoolers had their first chapel experience for the year. What a sweet way to begin learning and growing in faith together!

🎨 We also celebrated our coloring contest winners! Congratulations to all of our talented artists! 🖍️🏆

What a fun-filled Tuesday we had! 💛

🎨 We got creative with play dough, using our imaginations to make all kinds of fun creations.

☀️ We enjoyed time outside, where some worked together to build a squirrel house! 🐿️🏡 What a fun way to use creativity and explore nature.

🔤 We also put our thinking caps on for spelling word riddles, practicing our words while having fun!

The classrooms were buzzing today with some serious hands-on learning and cozy vibes.

Here is what went down:

🎨 K3 went wild with lots of stamps!

🔦 2nd Grade leveled up their reading game with flashlight reading. Then everyone giggled through some seriously funny read-alouds. 😂
