📣 **HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULE PICK-UP INFORMATION** 📣

Please follow the schedule below:

🗓 **Monday, July 20**
⏰ **12:00 PM – 4:00 PM**
✅ **7th–9th Grade** students may pick up their schedules in the **High School Front Office**.

🗓 **Tuesday, July 21**
⏰ **8:00 AM – 12:00 PM**
✅ **10th–12th Grade** students may pick up their schedules in the **High School Front Office**.

📌 If you are unable to pick up your schedule during your assigned time, you may pick it up during **Open House**:
🗓 **Tuesday, July 21**
⏰ **5:00 PM – 7:00 PM**

🆕 **New to Harmony Grove?**
Welcome! Schedules for **new students to our district** will be available at **Open House** on July 21 from **5:00–7:00 PM**.

💛 We kindly ask for your grace and patience during schedule pick-up. We will have limited staff available on campus during these designated times, but we will work as efficiently and effectively as possible to assist everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support!

📢 Harmony Grove High School Registration Update

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the statewide student information system is currently unavailable. Because we do not have access to the system, we are unable to access and print student schedules for registration tomorrow. We understand this is frustrating and appreciate your patience and understanding as this issue is outside of Harmony Grove High School's control.

Registration will still take place as scheduled, and we encourage all students and parents to attend to complete everything else that is needed before the first day of school.

While you're here, you can:
✅ Ensure all required registration paperwork is complete.
✅ Meet our new school counselor.
✅ Ask any questions you may have about the upcoming school year.
✅ Pick up any available information (parking passes, locks, etc) and complete any remaining registration items.

📚 Incoming 7th Grade Students & Parents: Join us for a brief 7th Grade Transition Meeting at 5:30 PM in the Arena. We'll cover a few things incoming 7th graders may be wondering about as they transition from elementary school to high school.

🏈 Athletes and parents: Don't forget the mandatory DragonFly meeting at 6:00 PM in the Arena.
