Congratulations to these guys for receiving postseason recognition and awards from the 3A-8 conference. This is one of the toughest conferences in all of 3A top to bottom and this year we had several players earn postseason awards. These awards are voted on by the entire conference. This year we had one player receive All-State and another get All-State Honorable Mention along with three more earning All-Conference honors. Congratulations to each of these guys! You all represented Harmony Grove with class this season!

Updated District Tournament Bracket

Okay so there were a couple different brackets sent out with different times which led to some confusion so here is the correct bracket with correct times for the 3A-8 District Tournament next week at Smackover.

We are the #3 seed and will play Tuesday Night at 5:30pm against the winner of Monday night’s DeWitt/Smackover game.

Updated Bracket

The Harmony Grove Hornets have secured the #3 seed in the 3A-8 District Tournament next week at Smackover.

This is a huge accomplishment in one of the toughest conferences in 3A.

The Hornets will play their 1st round game next Tuesday night at 8:30pm in Smackover against the DeWitt/Smackover winner.

Senior Athletes need to be there by 5pm

Here is an updated basketball schedule for the rest of the season. With all the changes the last few days due to weather and opponents having to make up conference games we wanted to make sure everyone got an updated copy with the remaining games left on it.

Next Monday’s (1/22/2024) junior high night against Emerson (7G, 7B, JG, JB) has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled due to them having to use that day to make up conference games.

The next games for the 7th grade girls and 7th grade boys will be when we host our 7th grade jamboree on Saturday January 27th.

The next game for the Junior Girls will be next Tuesday night when we host Drew Central.

The next game for the Junior Boys will be next Thursday night when we travel to Drew Central.

This Friday’s game against Woodlawn (JB, SG, SB) has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

They are having to use that day to make up their conference games from Tuesday night.

Our next Senior High basketball games will now be next Tuesday night (1/23) when we host the Drew Central Pirates. It will be JG, SG, SB at home starting at 5pm.

Our next Junior High basketball games will be next Monday night (1/22) when we travel to Emerson. It will be 7G, 7B, JG, JB starting at 4pm.

The games against McGehee for tomorrow (Tuesday) has been rescheduled due to inclement weather. The reschedule date is below. We will still play 4 games and it will still start at 4:00pm as scheduled just will be on a different date now.
