Picked up another Monolift today, so we are back up to 4 of them in the gym again. Nothing but the best for our Powerlifters and events we host. Debating on having this powder coated and turning it in to brand new looking again. Decisions!!

New Standing Abductor has been delivered and is now ready to use in the gym. This thing has a very smooth motion and kills your outer thighs and your sh***er. Another bad ass and quality piece of equipment added. 3D Glute Drive / Hip Thrust will be the next piece coming. It has been ordered but will take around 8 weeks to get here.

Over the next several months, we will be getting rid of a few pieces of gym equipment and adding some fresh pieces for the gym. I'm always evaluating and making this gym better. 3 new pieces are already on order. Once I retire we will be making even more changes for the better. I've got some great ideas brewing!!! Ordered!! Always putting back in the gym. New Standing Abductor will arrive hopefully in the next couple weeks. We will be fazing some equipment out slowly and bringing in some new and different pieces. We are always evolving and keeping things fresh for our members!!!
