As a Reggio Emilia-inspired program, Peopleplace embraces and embodies the tenets of this inspiring pedagogy. Turns out others understand the value of it as well!! The Princess of Wales, on her first trip oversees since being in remission, visited the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre. Come join us in the Peopleplace woods on May 27 at 5:00 for our 100 Languages Exhibit where we will display the work of young children and “make the learning visible”.

What is Reggio Emilia? The educational philosophy of Peopleplace is centered around the child as a curious, capable, and inventive investigator of the world. We believe relationships are the foundation of learning, the environment is also a teacher, and educators are partners in learning with children.

Peopleplace has an opening in the new year for a new friend in our toddler classroom! The opening is Wednesdays and Fridays from either 8:30AM - 12:00PM or 8:30AM - 3:00PM. The child must be two years old by January 2026. Reach out via our website or give us a call to inquire.
