enRICH Fitness Fit and healthy are a way of life not a destination! ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. The Saturday class provides a mix of cardio and strength.

Offering a group strength class Tuesday nights at 6pm and a strength circuit Saturday mornings at 9am. Both classes use dumbbells, bands and bodyweight and can be modified for all fitness levels. All you need to bring is a mat, water and determination! Exercise can be fun, especially when we do it with others. Come join us and find out for yourself! Please sign up in advance. Classes are $12 or purchase a pass for $100 for 10 classes.
