Earlier this week, our CPS students were treated to a very special surprise—ice cream served as an end-of-year gift from our friends and generous supporters, Pepe Piperno and Bob Platzer.

The joy on our students’ faces said it all! Smiles, laughter, and plenty of excitement filled the day as they enjoyed this sweet celebration together.

This marks the second year in a row that Pepe and Bob have blessed our school community with this thoughtful treat, and we are truly grateful for their continued kindness and commitment to our students and schools.

Last night, we celebrated our incredible CPS Class of 2026 with an unforgettable 8th Grade Dance. Our students cleaned up so well and truly deserved a night to celebrate, make memories, and dance the night away!
