Butter Braid Pickup Reminder!
📅 Today – March 17th
📍 CES

Below are the instructions for pick-up depending on if your child is Parent Pick-Up or Non Parent Pick-Up

🚗 Parent Pick-Up (PPU):
• Stay in your vehicle
• Use the right lane
• Place your green Butter Braid sign with your child’s name in your windshield
👉 Orders will be brought to you!

🕒 Non-PPU Pickup:
• ⏰ 3:00–4:30 PM
• 📍 North end of the building
• Please stay in your vehicle

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE BUTTER BRAIDS HAVE TO GO INTO THE FREEZER VERY QUICKLY AFTER PICK-UP.

⚠️ Important: You are responsible for picking up your child’s entire order!

Since the snow storm had us closed for two weeks we have extended the candy gram dates. All candy gram money will be due tomorrow. If for some reason you cannot send it tomorrow to school please contact me here or at 731-441-2212. We want to make sure all the kiddos get their candy grams.

Parents & guardians, we’d love to see you this evening! Come hear about the exciting fundraisers and activities we’re planning over the next couple of months and learn how you can get involved. 💙📚

🏆 Teacher Count is ON!
When you arrive, sign yourself in with your child’s teacher’s name. The teacher in each grade with the most parent/guardian attendees receives an amazon giftcard! The winners will be announced at the next PTO meeting.

This is a friendly reminder that our PTO Meeting will be held TONIGHT, November 20th at 6:00 PM in the CES Gymnasium, followed by the Second Grade Musical.

We encourage all parents and guardians to attend the meeting for important updates, and then stay to enjoy our wonderful second graders as they take the stage!

📢 REMINDER – Texas Roadhouse Roll Fundraiser Orders & Money Due TOMORROW! 📢

All Texas Roadhouse Roll Fundraiser orders and money are due Friday, October 3rd.
👉 No orders will be accepted after this date.

This fundraiser was our BEST one last year, and we’re excited to bring it back! These rolls are perfect for upcoming holidays, parties, and events.

🍞 Details:

Rolls come frozen, 12 per bag for $8.00

Honey Butter (5 oz, enough for 2 dozen rolls) is $5.00

Delivery will be scheduled before Thanksgiving Break
