What an AMAZING day of learning, laughter, and FUN! 💚💛

The Wilcox County Extension Office, along with the Natural Resource Council, would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our Progressive Agriculture Safety Day a huge success! 👏🏽

Our 3rd-grade students had the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities while learning valuable lessons about farm safety, heavy equipment, highway safety, weather safety, ATV/UTV safety, and so much more! 🚜⛑️

A special THANK YOU to our presenters, volunteers, sponsors, teachers, school staff, community partners, and coworkers who worked together to make this event possible. Your dedication to educating and protecting our youth does not go unnoticed! ❤️

Seeing the smiles on the students’ faces and watching them learn while having fun made every bit of planning and preparation worthwhile!

We are already looking forward to an even BIGGER and BETTER Safety Day in 2027! 🎉

Wilcox County Extension is going PINK for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💕💗

Beginning Friday, October 2, 2026, we encourage our staff, community partners, and all of Wilcox County to wear PINK every Friday throughout the month of October in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

Together, we wear pink to honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, support those currently fighting, and encourage awareness and early detection.
