Dear Martha F Wilson ECDC Families:

With temperatures expected to reach extreme levels tomorrow, all Camden City School District schools will operate on an early dismissal schedule on Friday, June 12, 2026.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our students and staff, all after-school programs, extracurricular activities, and athletic events have been canceled for the day.

This schedule adjustment applies to all students and school-based staff. Central Office and custodial staff will continue to follow their regular schedules.

Dado que se prevé que las temperaturas alcancen niveles extremos mañana, todas las escuelas del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Camden operarán con un horario de salida anticipada el viernes 12 de junio de 2026.

Para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros estudiantes y del personal, se han cancelado todos los programas posteriores al horario escolar, las actividades extracurriculares y los eventos deportivos programados para ese día.

Este ajuste de horario se aplica a todos los estudiantes y al personal de las escuelas. El personal de la Oficina Central y el personal de mantenimiento y limpieza continuarán cumpliendo con sus horarios habituales.

Some of our Kindergarten Superstars! Congratulations to all award winners and to the entire Kindergarten class for a stellar performance at their spring concert today!

This morning, Mrs. Ferrante’s kindergarten class got a fun taste test lesson from FoodCorps member, Ayo! Students learned all about June’s harvest of the month: strawberries, and had the opportunity to try a fun new breakfast item: “Breakfast Nachos” using bagel chips layered with strawberry salsa made with mint that was harvested from the school’s garden! What a fun way to learn about food!

As we’re dismissing, please feel free to ride around the back of the school for the other side of the building and pick up a to-go farm fresh box of food to enjoy while supplies last

All families are welcome to stop by tomorrow to receive a free box of food as supplies last… You don’t want to miss out!
