Brush them everyday!! We found that tea stains your teeth the darkest when taken out of the liquid but it actually brushed cleaner then coffee or grape soda did. 🦷 🪥

Due to incoming inclement weather, all after-school activities and athletic events today and tomorrow are cancelled and will be rescheduled. Tomorrow, February 1, 2023, we will use an AMI Day and all campuses will be closed.

CFHS students should check Google Classroom for AMI assignments, and K-8 students should complete Day 1 assignments in their AMI packet. FES and CFMS students will receive AMI packets today. AMI packets are also available on our website under Continuity of Learning. If K-8 students don’t have a packet, they will be able to make up the work after we return to school.
