📚 Learning about good choices with St. Vincent de Paul Regional School!

📖 Kindergarten students at the school had a fun and meaningful lesson this week as they read David Goes to School by David Shannon!

🤔💭 As they followed David’s adventures, students talked about his choices and explored the difference between making good choices and making poor choices.

👍 From sharing their thoughts to deciding which of David’s actions were good choices—and which ones were definitely poor choices!—the students had a great time learning an important lesson about making positive decisions.

🌟 Way to go, Kindergarten! Keep making those good choices!

📜 Happy Constitution Day!

✒️ Today, September 17, we celebrate Constitution Day—a day to honor the signing of the United States Constitution in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787!

🎉 Did You Know?

The U.S. Constitution has 4,400 words and is the oldest and shortest written constitution of any major goverment in the world.

Benjamin Franklin was the oldest delegate to sign the Constitution and Jonathan Dayton of New Jersey was the youngest at age 26.

A clerk named Jacob Shallus hand-wrote the final document for $30, which equals about $1,027.
