Alums Chris Muller and Ann Owens were co-winners of the William Julius Wilson Early Career Award Chris Muller (Berkeley) and Ann Owens (USC) were co-winners of the ASA Section on Inequality, Poverty and Mobility's William Julius Wilson Early Career Award. This award recognizes a scholar who has made major contributions early in his/her career.
