WRESTLING OPPORTUNITY!

The Cambridge Wrestling Club would like to help send several wrestlers to this camp!

We have club funds available to assist with registration costs for wrestlers who are interested in attending. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills, learn from quality coaches, and gain valuable experience on the mat.

If your wrestler is interested, please contact Coach Rice ASAP. We would like to finalize registrations and distribute funding as quickly as possible.

Deadline to express interest: Tomorrow by Noon

Spots are limited, and we want to make sure we get wrestlers signed up in time.

Happy Father's Day to all the wrestling dads out there.

This sport isn't built by coaches alone. It's built by fathers who spend countless hours driving to practices and tournaments, sitting in packed gyms, helping their kids through tough losses, celebrating victories, and teaching lessons that go far beyond wrestling.

The influence a father has on a young athlete is something special. The work ethic, toughness, character, and resilience we see on the mat are often first learned at home.

Today we celebrate the dads who show up, sacrifice, support, and love unconditionally. Thank you for everything you do for your wrestlers and for our wrestling family.

UNK Camp 2026 is in the books!

Four great days of wrestling, learning, and competition. Our high school boys, high school girls, and club wrestlers all got a ton of quality mat time and matches. More importantly, we saw growth every single day.

I'm incredibly excited about the direction of both our boys and girls programs. It feels like we made some big leaps this week, but we're nowhere near finished. Good things are coming for Cambridge Wrestling.

A huge thank you to Coach Paulsen, Coach Soucie, Coach Benson, Coach Deterding, and Coach Hager for spending time at camp with our wrestlers. It was great having so many coaches there throughout the week to support our kids, watch matches, and help continue building our program.

The work doesn't stop here. Keep grinding, keep improving, and keep chasing your goals. The future is bright, and we're excited for what this next season has in store.

Great afternoon session at camp! We got a lot of quality matches on the girls and club side, and it was awesome to see the improvement throughout the day. Match by match, our girls continued to get better, compete harder, and build confidence. The club kids showed great effort and made strides as well.

The way the girls finished the day has us really excited about the future of our program. Plenty to build on, and we're looking forward to another great day tomorrow!

Trojan Wrestling moves to 3-1 in dual action at camp.

Defeated Wray, CO 62-37 and Chadron/Wilcox/Phillipsburg 52-47 before dropping a hard-fought dual to Aurora 54-45.

The boys are wrestling tough, competing hard, and getting valuable experience against quality competition. Lots of good things happening and plenty to build on as camp continues.

The girls and club wrestlers will be in action this afternoon. Looking forward to another great session of wrestling and development.

Quick update from camp

The high school boys team opened camp with a 38-22 dual win over Rawlins County/Wood River. The girls and club wrestlers focused on technique sessions today and will begin live wrestling tomorrow.

Everyone is excited and had a really good first day. I was able to get some pictures of the club and high school boys today and can send those tomorrow. I'll make sure to get some pictures of the girls as well.
