Just four weeks until the CityStep Spring Gala on Saturday, April 11th! Tickets to the Broadways sensation, Cats: The Jellicle Ball, plus a swanky cocktail party overlooking Manhattan, a talkback with the artistic team after the show--and an optional afternoon dance class with the show's choreographer! ATTENTION: CityStep is back in action, in person this year!

CityStep is a FREE arts education program for Cambridge Public School students in grades 5-7. Our classes are already underway, and we always welcome new students!

Here is our class schedule for the year:

5th Grade
Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm OR Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm
Location: The SOCH at Harvard (59 Shepard St, Cambridge)
You can pick the class time that works best for your student, but please have them come to the same class each week!

6th Grade
Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 pm
Location: The SOCH at Harvard (59 Shepard St, Cambridge)

7th Grade
Fridays 3:30-4:30 pm
Location: The Dance Complex in Central Square (536 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge)

Classes will follow all of Harvard’s COVID guidelines including indoor masking for all participants regardless of vaccination status and contact tracing in accordance with public health authorities.

Meet our Executive Producer for this upcoming year, Ally! Ally is a sophomore at Harvard studying Economics and Global Health and Health Policy. She is also part of Harvard-Radcliffe Modern Dance Company and has been dancing since she was 7 years old.

Ally has been a part of CityStep since her first semester at Harvard. She loves passing on her love of dance to her students and enjoys watching them bring their own special spin to their shared craft.

Meet our Executive Director for this upcoming year, Gabriella! Gabriella is a junior at Harvard studying Government. She is part of Women in Business and Expressions and loves all things dance.

Gabriella has been part of CityStep since her first semester at Harvard. She loves forming connections with students through a mutual affinity for dance and watching students use their creativity in class.
