Cuban Studies

Cuban Studies Cuban Studies advances the academic research and study of Cuba's culture, society, and history.

Since its founding in 1999, the Cuban Studies Program (CSP) at Harvard University's David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies has sought to advance the scholarly study of Cuba and to facilitate the research and study of Cuba by Harvard faculty and students in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and across the University. To advance these objectives, the CSP has also developed and consolidat

ed scientific and scholarly exchanges and other forms of academic cooperation with our counterparts among Cuban scholars, artists, scientists, and various other intellectuals. Selectively and only when appropriate, the CSP has also established institutional ties to promote such research and study.
