WGS Professor Robert Reid-Pharr has a new piece out in Humanities Magazine on the renaissance of interest in Lorraine Hansberry. In it he talks about Tracy Heather Strain's documentary, which WGS and the Hutchins Center screened last spring, and the award-winning biography by Imani Perry, who will be visiting Harvard on October 11 as part of an event on Writing Black Lives with Professor Reid-Pharr and Professor Tomiko-Brown Nagin.
