Cambridge Farm to School brings together community members who believe in healthy food, hands-on learning, and caring for our environment. As a volunteer-run nonprofit, we work directly with the Cambridge School District to offer programs that connect kids to food, nature, and their community. From classrooms to gardens to pantries, our work is practical, impactful, and rooted in community—and we’re looking for new board members and volunteers to grow with us.

When you volunteer with Cambridge Farm to School you get to make a DIRECT IMPACT in the district and community.

This Saturday morning, electronic recycling event!

Cambridge High school parking lot
8-11am

Farm to school will be taking donations at the gate to help pay for the event and to help fund our programs.

The Electronics & Appliance Recycling Event is coming up!

SATURDAY, JUNE 13TH
8-11AM
CAMBRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT

F2S will be taking donations at the gate. Donations help.cover the cost od the event and the rest help pay for Chef in the Classroom, Green Team, and the Hydroponics program.

F2S is a volunteer led non-profit. We are seeking new board members and committee leads. Please send us and email to learn more.

Today Green Team had their last meeting of the year and they harvested our last lettuce crop of the year! They have now completed every step of growing lettuce from seed, to installing the the seedlings and now harvesting!

Oh and it was 18.5 pounds!

It has been an honor and a privilege to work with these smart ambitious kids.

Ask your kiddo about the hydroponic machine at the back of the cafeteria. It's sooo cool!

Here are a few small things YOU CAN DO that can make a big difference right here in town!

Cambridge Farm to School brings you the ALTERNATIVE RECYCLING PROGRAM with drop off locations at the Cambridge Library and the Cambridge Elementary School.

CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTS RECYLING: Every Oct- Feb with drop off locations at the Art Hub on Main street or the Cambridge Library.

ELECTRONIC RECYCLING EVENT: SATURDAY, JUNE 13TH 8-11AM

Did you know you can recycle your plastic grocery bags and soft plastics 1 & 2 at Piggly Wiggly?
