The Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship provides a unique educational and professional experience for graduate students interested in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and in the national policy decisions affecting those resources. The Fellowship matches graduate students with hosts in the legislative and executive branches of government for one-year paid fellowships in the Washington D.C., area.

MIT Sea Grant is accepting nominations for the Dean A. Horn Award for Undergraduate Study in Marine Research, open to students from all MIT departments.

Nomination of candidates is by letter from the student’s faculty supervisor and must be accompanied by the student’s research report. Students — don’t be shy about asking your faculty supervisor to nominate you! An award of $1,000 and a certificate is presented annually.
