We have an special an very loved guest for this Humans of Hult post.
Meet Frederic Chartier, our Hult Boston campus Dean!

City/ Country: Paris/ France

1. What did you do before you came to Hult?

I was a banker for 21 years (Paris and London).

2. What has been the most beautiful experience that have you seen or been apart of at Hult?

Interacting daily with such an incredibly diverse student population.

3. What was the biggest challenge you faced while transitioning from professor to dean?

When you are a professor, you are focused primarily on the student journey. The students are your most important stakeholders. When you are dean, you must ensure that all the stakeholders are well attended: students, faculty members, staff members, to which you must also add alumni as well as the community surrounding the Hult campus.

4. What message would you like to give to Hult students?

My message to students: Take advantage of your broader Hult experience!  While succeeding in your academic program is your most important objective, take the time to build strong relationships with your classmates. These friendships will last forever. They will help make your Hult journey unforgettable.

Thank you everyone for participating in Pumpkin Carving. Some of you had your first carving with us and while some already had experience before. All of you did an amazing job.

We will also like to thank our campus dean, Dr Frederic Chartier, for helping us with the difficult task of choosing our winner -

Meet Wendy Franco! We are sure everyone recognized her by lighting up the Campus with her smile everyday!
Country: El Salvador

1. Tell us about your role:

I work at Hult International Business School Boston Campus as a cashier. In the mornings I work at 1965 Airstream coffee bar where we specified ourselves to create different types of coffee. During lunch, I am at the clubhouse where I do more of my work as a cashier interacting more with the students and making sure to give them a good experience and attention to make them feel welcome.

2. How does it feel to work with so many different nationalities?

Working with different nationalities makes me feel lucky to know different cultures and learn about each one of them, which I enjoy doing since I like to interact and learn from each one of them.

3. What is the best part of your day?

My favorite part is interacting and enjoying the moment with each one of the students.

4. What advice would you like to give to Hult students?

My advice to Hult students is to make lots of friends and take advantage of the opportunity to be in a place where you can meet people from different countries and learn from each other and their different cultures.
