Founded in 1993, the Harvard Investment Association is the oldest undergraduate finance organization on campus.

Founded in 1993, HIA's mission is to expose undergraduates to finance. Compers are given a comprehensive course on a broad range of topics, including the financial system, accounting, valuation methods, and more. Upon completing the comp process, members enjoy access to club-sponsored employer networking events, job and conference postings, a Wall Street trip, guest speakers, and a network of student and alumni mentors to help them navigate internship and/or job searches.
