The Kickboxing Boot camp class is a fat burning non contact cardio type of class using kickboxing as well as conditioning drills with equipment that will challenge students while they get in shape in a safe environment. Our Muay Thai class is taught as it is in Thailand! This full contact class is perfect for anybody that wants to learn about striking or for competitive kick boxers or MMA fighters that need to polish up their striking ability. Muay Thai is also known as the science of the 8 limbs for its use of punches, kicking, knees and elbow techniques is still considered the most feared of all the ring sports!
