These FFA members are recent graduates who have invested time, money and effort into FFA and their Supervised Agricultural Experience to obtain the highest degree in FFA! 💙💛

These members will walk across the stage at National Convention in Indianapolis to get recognition!

Kailyn Holzhueter is our September Member of the Month from Cambridge FFA! ✨

Kailyn is a senior in high school and is the Vice President of Chapter Development in her Chapter. Kailyn’s Supervised Agriculture Experience is Outdoor Recreation where she works at Schuster’s Playtime Farm.

She is an outstanding leader, who is devoted to creating an inclusive chapter environment and has recruited several new members over the years. Kailyn has also been instrumental in building her chapters floriculture Career Development Event Team. 💐

She dedicated to every event she participates in and isn’t afraid to try new things, no matter how scary!
Thank you Kailyn for your dedication to FFA and your exceptional leadership!💙💛

Fall Leadership Workshop week 2!

This week we headed north! Starting in section 1, we toured Jennie-O Turkey Store and Viresco a green energy supplier.
In section 2, we toured Lakeside Foods during green bean canning season and the SOAR Center which is the school farm for the New Richmond school district.
For section 3, we toured Hillsboro cranberry bogs and Fort McCoy natural resources and medical facilities.
Rounding out the week in central Wisconsin and section 7. We traveled to the UW Marshfield Agricultural Research Center and Turn Pike Greenhouse. 🌾🐄

Once in workshops the students were enthusiastic and engaged throughout the week! 🤩

We are now moving into our 3rd and final week of FLW where we travel south! Starting in Black Hawk, World Dairy Expo, Mayville, and wrapping it up in the great Section 5 Cambridge!!!Can’t wait to see everyone there!💙💛

Fall Leadership Workshop week one recap!✔️

This past week the officer team and I kicked off the first week of Business and Industry tours including FLWs! 💙💛

We started in Section 8 where we toured American Food Group, a beef processing facility, and Riesterer & Schnell, a John Deere Dealership.
The next day we woke up bright and early to travel to Section 9 to tour Natural Beauty, a greenhouse, and London Dairy Alpacas.
On the last day we traveled to Section 6 where we toured United Cooperative and Saputo a cheese making facility.

After both of our tours on each day we traveled to the hosting schools of Oconto Falls, Mishicot, and Waupun to showcase our workshops to high and middle school students!

I’m grateful for the opportunity to tour amazing businesses and connect with members from across the state of Wisconsin!😊

I look forward meeting more members and learning about more industries this next week in sections 1,2,3,&7! ✨

WOW! What a summer?!?!? 💙💛

I’ve spent my summer building leadership skills at Base Camp and Check Point while bonding with the team.
At Wisconsin Association of Agricultural Educators Conference(WAAE) and the Southern Golf Outing, I connected with teachers and business professionals which helped expand my network. 🤝
However, the most impactful experiences were the chances I got to advocate. Whether it was with government officials in Washington DC at State Officer Summit or it was with the public at the Wisconsin State Fair, I was able to share my knowledge with people of all ages to advocate for agriculture. ✨
The State Officers and I rounded out the summer at Jag Lake prepping and planning for the school year! ✏️🍎

This summer was filled with making countless memories! I can’t wait to travel around the state for Fall Leadership Workshops to meet all the amazing members!💙💛

This past week the team and I traveled to Washington DC for State Officer Summit! 🇺🇸

The week was filled with learning how to be strong agricultural advocates. We had the opportunity to meet with some of Wisconsin congressional representatives and build friendships with other State Officers from around nation. We also had the privilege to see America’s most valued monuments!

Thank you DC for helping me flourish through Advocacy, Reflection, Friendship, and Memories! 💙💛

Hello Wisconsin FFA! My name is Rylee Brattlie and I will be serving as the 2026- 2027 Section 5 State Vice President! 💙💛

A little bit about me is I’m from the Cambridge FFA Chapter and my Supervised Agricultural Experience is in poultry production. 🐓I live on my family farm, B’s Garden, raising exhibition poultry and rabbits to show at fairs and other sanctioned shows around the country, while mentoring younger exhibitors! In the fall I will be continuing my education as a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin Platteville to pursue a degree in Agricultural and Technology Education. 🍎In addition to my course work I’m also active in Collegiate Farm Bureau, CERES Women’s Fraternity, and Ag Ed Society.

Most importantly I want to thank my family. My parents, Dan and Joy, have always pushed me to be my best and supported me through all the adversity. My sister Hanna has been with me through every success and hardship. She has always understood me and was there for me in every situation. I also want to extend my gratitude to my advisor, my school, and my community for the continued support throughout this process. I will strive to represent Cambridge well and be a positive influence.

I look forward to meeting and hearing the stories of every member, advisor, and parent I encounter on this journey. I hope to educate and grow my passion for agriculture through my year of service. 🌾 I’m excited to serve Section 5 and the Wisconsin FFA this year! 💙💛

Section 5, you are in great hands with this one! Rylee is a leader through and through and is committed to helping shape Wisconsin FFA for the better. Her passion for FFA, agriculture, and serving others will continue to ACTIVATE our section throughout the next year.

I have no doubt that she will make a positive impact on countless members and leave our section even stronger than she found it. Be good to her, Section 5, and join me in congratulating Rylee as she begins this incredible year of service!
