We will not be at the Washington County Fair this year. I start back at school the week of the fair and so it would have been too complicated. Three of our goat kids will be there and that makes us pleased. Look for us next year.

The new edition of the Goat Rancher magazine arrived today. There was an article in the magazine called: Strategies for today: Finding customers in a digital world. " Technology alone rarely creates success. Storytelling does.
This summer I decided to write a weekly article for the hometown newspaper called The Eagle- it is not about goat kids rather it is about SOR - Science of Reading.
Additionally - I tutor at the farm. Goldie our escape artist chicken, Boo- our 13 year old kitty, and Bea our rescue dog often pop in as we learn. I do not believe the experience can be replicated. It is magical and the kids leave happy. Mission complete. Please reach out if you are interested in learning more.
