Fresh herbs bring so much flavor to dishes. But there’s one herb that causes fierce love/hate debates: Cilantro! It’s been described as everything from bright, citrusy, and peppery to stinky and soapy-tasting. Do you love it or hate it? If you’re in the “hate it” camp, it may be genetic, according to some studies!
