Summer Program 2022 - Teachers as Scholars Teachers as Scholars represents both a new vision of professional development and a vital collaboration between college and university faculty and public and private school teachers.

"The War to End War": How to Think and Teach about the First World War A free workshop for social studies teachers sponsored by 4QM Teaching.

Henry and I are heartbroken at the loss of our friend Michael Downing, who taught literature and writing in our program for 25 years. He was the best teacher I ever had, and in the TAS course "What's the Story?" he taught me that as a writer you needed to "learn to love the limits." Well, this limit is hard to love. We will miss you, Michael.

Teachers as Scholars, in partnership with 4QM Teaching, is offering this free workshop for teachers on February 23rd. Even if you don't teach WWI, this workshop provides a method to teach any historical event. Register on the Eventbrite link below.
