Post 108 sun salutations on the beach in Cambria, Ca.

I read this weekend about the significance of 108. There is a lot of significance in many cultures.

In yoga, it's used to keep count of mantras or sun salutations. The "extra 8" is just to make up for miscount, mantras said when distracted, or mantras said without the same level of dedication and focus as the others. This way you will say at least 100 mantas or 100 sun salutations with dedication, attention, and focus.
