🐻💙 BALLER FAMILIES — OUR FIRST‑EVER GIVE‑A‑THON IS HERE! 💙🐻
We’re thrilled to launch our Give‑A‑Thon from Monday, September 21st through October 2nd — a brand‑new way to support our school and keep every dollar right here at Helen Baller!
For years, our community has worked hard and consistently raised $40,000–$50,000, but because of outside fundraising services, we’ve only kept about half of what our families brought in. By moving to an in‑house fundraiser, Baller now keeps 100% of the funds — meaning every single dollar goes directly back to OUR students and OUR community.
Here’s a fun fact:
71% of past donations came from outside the Baller community
We received donations from 37 states. This tells us the support is out there — we just need your help sharing the link with family and friends!

Please take a moment to register your student, or students and add their teachers.
When Sharing the link, please be sure to let them know they will need the students name, grade and teacher! This is important for tracking for PRIZES!
With about 50% participation in previous years, we’ve set a personal goal of $250 per student to help us reach $50,000. Together, we can absolutely make it happen!
Please check your student's bag for the packet being sent home with all the information. We have included a simple script your student can use when reaching out for donations, as well as a Bear to color and return to their teacher. The 1st class that turns in 100% of these bears, will get a pizza party or 10 min extra recess!
Let’s show what the Baller Bears can do when we come together. 💙✨ Share the link, spread the word, and let’s make our first Give‑A‑Thon unforgettable!
