Congrats to our DHS Architecture Club, who won 1st place at the A4LE SchoolsNEXT International Competition and received the Award of Excellence at LearningSCAPES in Phoenix, AZ! In their time away from the conference, they did team bonding activities, like co****le, dancing, vlogging, and swimming. From touring Taliesin West to meeting inspiring architects and making some amazing friends, it was a trip full of learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories. They are so grateful for this opportunity!

Yesterday a group of AP Calculus students at DHS got to attend the 25th Anniversary Celebration of nLight, our neighbors next door! They are restarting their nConnect mentorship program and looking to support our students. The event was very engaging for our students! Seeing engineering and high-tech laser applications in real life was exciting. We were grateful for the opportunity!

This past Saturday, we continued our work on the PBL greenhouse! Thanks to the volunteer students, family, and staff who helped out! We will eventually grow our own native plants!

Honoring our amazing music teacher, Mr. Bateman, who will be leaving the PBL campus after this year. We had our final band concert last night. He has been amazing for our students and will be missed!
