One more update last Friday we saw our new PTA President Sarah and our Treasurer Kara representing at The Heights Preschool signing day. Where they welcomed all our new kindergartners coming in this fall.

While our Instagram has been blowing up with all the updates you guys have missed out! It sounds like Mrs. Schroeder's class is getting visits with Ziggy twice this week due to some amazing auction wins from parents. Yesterday the kids got donuts!

I heard 🧐🫣🤫 they might see our Zebra 🦓 friend at least one more time before school is out this week.

Also last week our 4th graders made a trip out to the Bonneville Fish Hatchery and Horsetail Falls,OR These amazing trips are made possible and affordable by the reduced cost that the PTA provides to the school each year.

A group of 5th grade moms got together and put inspirational messages on the path from the school to the park - the name of every 5th grade student is written somewhere on the path.

Need something done? Ask your mom friends. They get the job done.

Today we celebrate our 5th grade graduates. 5th Grade Party made possible by the PTA and generous donations from parents and local businesses.

Grass Valley PTA Carnival Coordinator

If anyone is interested in being on the board of the Camas Music Boosters, the general board meeting is next week!

Over the last 2 years, the Camas Music Boosters have given over $70,000 in grants to all the music programs in the Camas School District. You can help us make a huge difference in the Camas School District music programs next year by joining our team. We are looking for anyone interested in joining our organization on either our executive board or other volunteer positions.

We will be holding elections at last General meeting of the 25/26 school year on May 27. Fill out an interest form for any position you are interested in- you can find them linked in the comments. And be sure to join us at the general meeting! We look forward to seeing you there!

Grass Valley Elementary! 🦓

Thank you for your amazing support during our 2025 Fall Fun Run! You crushed your goals and ran your hearts out!

The totals are in — we raised $27,301, and that’s not even counting the nearly $4,000 in corporate gift matching!

(Note: Corporate matching funds aren’t included in the Booster totals since they can’t verify company contributions directly.)

🎉 Congratulations to Mrs. Thorkelson’s 4th grade class for raising the most money — Ziggy will be delivering pizza!

🏆 Congratulations to the entire 4th grade team for raising the most money overall! Your classes will get to vote on the February Movie Night feature and will be presented with the trophy!
