Forging Youth Resilience (FYR) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fitness and guidance to local middle school and high school youth. Forging Youth Resilience (FYR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fitness, mentoring, support and guidance to local youth. We use community-centered training to develop confidence, discipline, and resilience in students so that they are better prepared to overcome adversity in life.

Closed out the teens summer classes with our annual WATER WOD. I’ve heard their requests for next year…they want to get wetter!!! Love these kids. Have a great school year. We will see you on the floor starting 8/31 4/30-5:15 Monday - Thursday. 💪
