Join us for an engaging CSUCI Alumni & Friends Lunch & Learn Zoom Series session: “Building Strong Multi-Generational Teams” with Dr. Tracylee Clarke, Professor of Communication at CSU Channel Islands.
 
Today’s workplace spans four generations, and the strongest teams know how to turn those differences into an advantage. In this interactive session, we’ll explore communication styles, motivations, and strategies to better connect Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z—creating workplaces where every generation feels valued and empowered to succeed.
