Ventura County Music Academy At VCMA, we strive to instill musical excellence in each student by focusing on the instrumental ski

At VCMA, we strive to instill musical excellence in each student by focusing on the instrumental skills that are required for a solid musical foundation. We aim to teach students the importance of collaboration so that they feel confident working in a team setting to accomplish a goal. Finally, we teach students the art of stage performance to ensure their ability to perform musically on stage. Proficiency in these areas is important not only in the musical sphere, but in maturing into a confident adult and contributing member of society.

It also helps aid in math, reading, and dexterity skills! Did you know that it is the only subject that requires all parts of the brain to work simultaneously? WOW! Playing music is like a marathon for the brain! 🤯😁
