The Monsignor Hughes Golf Tournament is this month and we’re kicking off a new Golf Ball Drop incentive to celebrate…

The 5 students who sell the most golf balls by October 12th will be rewarded with a Mister Softee’s treat delivered to them at lunch🎉⛳️🍦

We created a leader board (by the 2nd grade classroom) to track and update who is in the lead, and will announce the 5 official winners on the week of the golf ball drop.

Good job to our current leaders, and thank you to all of our students and families for your support! Way to WORK HARD AND BE CHRIST❤️🦅

For our first spirit day of the year, we asked our students to explain our school’s motto- and the answers we got were precious🥹

Remember that tonight is Dining Together night at Chipotle, and if you need a copy of the flyer, it’ll be on our story. Thanks for supporting St. Mary Magdalen School!

Thank you Ventura County Fire Department for coming to teach our TK and K Eagles about fire safety and about being a community helper❤️🦅

Our students had a great time learning about the 72,000 pound ladder truck, learning about firefighting gear and tools, and, of course, waving hello to their new firefighter friend on the ladder.

We are so grateful for your service of our students and of our community. Let’s keep Station 54 in our prayers!

This week marks the start of Art Trek back at SMMS 🎨 There is something truly special about watching the kids faces light up when they see the Art Trek carts coming down the hall.
Thank you to our incredible parent volunteers for giving your time, energy, and creativity to bring art to our students. You are the heart of this program.
Let the creating begin! ✨

Our Eagles are excited to announce the prizes for this year’s Golf Ball Drop!⛳️

Students can sell golf balls for $10 a ball or a dozen for $100, and the person who purchased the golf ball that gets dropped closest to the hole wins $1000🤩

The student who sold the winning ball gets $100, and for every golf ball a student sells, they are entered into a raffle for a chance to win the super cool prizes mentioned in the video👆

Head to the link in our bio for the order form, and good luck to our Eagles!🦅

The SMMS Legacy Brick Pathway isn’t just going to be a beautiful space on campus— it will be a storybook of the families, students, and our Eagles community as each brick along the pathway tells a different story.

Orders placed by the end of September will be included in our first batch of bricks ordered. To place an order, head to the link in our bio.

And, if you’re in need of some inspiration, zoom in on the bricks on the top of the flyer for some examples🧱

We are looking forward to preserving your stories for years to come🦅
