SUPER power of the day: Purpose. 🎯

Today our students learned that Purpose means knowing your "why" and letting it guide your choices. Not just going through the motions, but moving with real direction toward the things that matter to you. They talked about how staying focused is tough when distractions are everywhere.

The lesson used Stephen Curry as an example: the NBA's all-time leading three-point scorer didn't get there overnight. He practiced thousands of shots, day after day, even when he was tired. Those small steps, repeated with real effort, built something incredible. The same is true for our students.

Their leadership challenge: do one thing today that shows the kind of person you want to become. At the end of the day, check in and ask: "Did my actions match the purpose I want to live out?" đź’›

Need a little extra help with homework or want to boost your math and reading skills? The Homework Center is a welcoming space for students in kindergarten through 8th grade. Our friendly volunteer coaches are here to offer guidance and support in a calm and encouraging environment.

Child Care Assistant:
Under the direction of the Director of Child Development Program and/or an assigned designee, assist in the care, supervision and learning activities of children enrolled in a designated childcare program. Assist in daily activities; perform a variety of tasks to assist in the operation of the program. This is a part time, after school position 3.5 hours/day.

Campus Supervision Assistant:
Under the direction of a Principal and/or assigned designee, perform a variety of duties related to the supervision of children on assigned school grounds. Campus Supervisors are responsible for supervising play activities; enforcing school rules; settling pupil disputes; encouraging participation of all children in play activities; maintaining visibility to establish an earned and respected authority with students and compliance with school and District rules and procedures.
