In an effort to promote transparency and provide an opportunity for the public to provide input, only after community stakeholder groups have participated in the development of the Section D: Annual Budget Plan and Section E: Annual Service Plan and the CAC has been provided with at least 30 days to conduct a review.

Section D: Annual Budget Plan and Section E: Annual Service Plan must be adopted at a public hearing held by the SELPA. A notice of this public hearing must be posted at each LEA participating in the Local Plan area at least 15 days before the hearing takes place as required. The meeting will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 8:30am at the VCOE Conference and Educational Services Center, 5100 Adolfo Road, Camarillo, CA 93012.
